The Red Tail Shark (Epalzeorhynchos bicolor), also known as the Red Tail Black Shark, is a striking and energetic freshwater fish native to the rivers and streams of Thailand. Its sleek black body, contrasted with a vibrant red tail, gives it a dramatic and bold appearance, making it a favorite among aquarists seeking a standout species for their aquarium.In the wild, the Red Tail Shark inhabits densely vegetated areas with rocky substrates, feeding on algae, plant matter, and small invertebrates.
