NETS

Nets are one of those things that aren’t often thought about but when you need them… you need them!

If you have multiple tanks you might want to consider a different net for each individual tank.

Even tanks with similar set ups and species have unique mini ecosystems. If one tank has even the smallest amount of bad bacteria or disease, that could easily spread to all of your tanks just by sharing a net between them.

Always make sure you wash your nets thoroughly after each use – Rinsing in boiling water is a good idea and leave it to dry in the sun to help kill any germs. Make sure the net is filly dry before you use it again.

A clean net makes a happier fish family.
